Forgiveness Is Good for your Health

Fordiving gives you a great feeling and relieves the stress  of being in a hateful mode. 
Ephesians 4:32 And be ye kind tone to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ sake hath forgiven you. 2 corinthians 5:17 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. the old has passed away; behold, the new has come.  
Ultimately we do things that warrant forgiveness, so we want to be forgiven, so we should forgive. It does the body good. Amen.
